Bowling night rolls in more than $2,500 for survivors

DVSSP’s annual Bowling Night, held Friday, June 20 at Yough Lanes in Connellsville, was a smashing success—raising more than $2,500 to support survivors of domestic violence in Fayette County and beyond.

The evening was filled with strikes, spares, and smiles as community members came together for a fun, family-friendly night of bowling, prizes, and support for a powerful cause.

We are especially grateful to our 2025 Kingpin SponsorsMike Kelly Toyota of Uniontown and First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Greene County—for their leadership support, as well as our 2025 Strike Sponsor, the Zonta Club of Washington.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Walmart of Connellsville and Yough Lanes for their generous partnership and continued support of DVSSP’s mission.

We also appreciate the many in-kind donors and Bowling Buddies whose contributions brought extra excitement to the evening:
Armstrong Cable, APG Supply, Martin's Food Store, Lynn Dairy Queens, Colebrook Chocolates, Let's Roam, Penn State Fayette, Pleasant Valley Golf Club, Urban Air, Fayette Chamber of Commerce, Bubbles of Blessings, and Fox’s Tavern.

Thanks to your support, DVSSP can continue providing life-saving services—like shelter, legal advocacy, counseling, and prevention education—at no cost to survivors and their families.

We’re grateful for everyone who joined us. Together, we’re striking out domestic violence.
