Resources During the Government Shutdown
As the federal government shutdown continues, many programs that families rely on — including SNAP (food stamps), WIC, and other forms of assistance — are facing delays and uncertainty. In times like these, local food banks and community organizations are stepping up to help ensure that no one goes hungry.
Whether you are experiencing food insecurity yourself or are looking for ways to help others, there are several resources available throughout Washington, Greene, and Fayette counties.
Washington County
